We know that your time is valuable, and that you don't always want to spend half the day at an inspection. That is why both Guy and I will be at your home inspection. With two trained professionals in the home, we can complete the inspection as quickly and efficiently as possible. While we take great pride in being able to complete the inspection in a timely matter, we are more than willing to stay longer to answer any and all questions you may have about your new home.
Also, if you have any questions after the inspection or after you move in please feel free to contact us at anytime.

Meet Our Team |
I am the owner and operator of Elite Property Inspection. My purpose for starting Elite Property Inspection is to help buyers and sellers understand the condition of the property they are selling or buying. I recommend and encourage my clients to attend the inspection, so we can complete a comprehensive review of the property together.
I have spent 30+ years (10 full-time, 20 as my second job) in the residential construction business. In 1982, I built my first house and since then I have built, remodeled, purchased, and flipped many properties. I understand how homes should be built, when things are wrong, and what affects aging has on a home or property. I treat every inspection as if I myself were buying the home. I spend approximately 3-6 hours from start to finish on each inspection or as long as it takes to give a thorough inspection for each client. In most cases I am very flexible and can have a report available within 24hrs. I look forward to working with you and to help make your purchase or sale an easier one. |
I have spent the past 10 years working in the construction business. I started working with my dad on his projects, at a very young age, learning all the ins and outs of construction. I am familiar with all aspects of home building, as well as modern construction methods and materials.
