Installed a yard drainage system to move gutter and surface water away from the foundation where there had been moisture seepage into the basement.  

Installed a bathroom exhaust fan in an attic. The gaps around the vent housing and soffit were sealed with spray foam and the vent extends to the exterior, daylight.
